The Sales Den Membership Terms and Conditions 

The Zest Consultancy Sales Den is a monthly subscription programme. 

 The Sales Den minimum term is six months. Thereafter, you can continue to be a member and attend the ongoing training and coaching sessions as long as you continue to pay your monthly subscription.

Your payments are non-refundable, except in line with our cancellation policy. 

You may choose to pay for your membership 12 months in advance. Where you have selected this option, you are committed to the full 12-month term, and no refund will be provided if you cancel part way through this period. 

Cancellation
We appreciate sometimes things change, so you can cancel your membership within 7 days of joining The Sales Den. We will process your refund assuming you have not attended any of the coaching sessions or accessed any of the training videos on the online platform.

If you have accessed the training videos within the 7-day period, then that month's
subscription will be charged and will not be refundable.

If, after six months, you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so as long as you give us one month’s notice, in writing via email.

After the initial 6-months, your membership will continue on a monthly rolling basis, and you will need to notify us in writing of any cancellation with one month notice commencing on the return of your next month joining date.

When your membership period ends you will no longer be able to access any material from the Sales Den. This includes past training videos, coaching recorded sessions, downloadable guides, toolkits, demos, and the Sales Den community.

Should you decide to leave The Sales Den and later wish to re-join, this will be at our discretion. If you are permitted to re-join, we cannot guarantee that you will have access to the same training materials, community resources, pricing or benefits that were available at the time of your previous membership.


Access
Once you have made your initial payment, you will immediately have access to the Sales Den online training platform along with access to the monthly coaching sessions and the Sales Den community. As part of your welcome email, you will be provided with all the dates for
the online monthly coaching sessions.

Client Obligations
A wise person once said, you only get out of things what you put into them. So for you to get the best out of the Sales Den it’s really important that you access the training modules each month, complete all the activities, and implement them into your business.

Attending the monthly coaching sessions will allow you to ask any questions, develop new skills and keep you on track with your sales activities to grow your business. The results you achieve will be dependent on the effort you put in.

Payments
Your monthly subscription payments will automatically be debited from the card you used at signup. The payment will be taken each calendar month on the same date as the date you started your subscription to the programme.

Unless you cancel your subscription, your monthly payment will continue to be taken after the 6-month period until you cancel your membership in writing. We reserve the right to temporarily remove access to the Sales Den training material, where payments have not been received.

Where payments are late, we reserve the right to temporarily remove access to The Sales Den training and materials, and a charge of £5 per day will be applied to cover administration fees until payment is received in full.

Your Data

You provide Zest Consultancy with information such as your name, company, email address, and telephone number in order to join The Sales Den. As a Member, you may also choose to connect with us through third-party services (for example, joining our online community, following us on social networks, or interacting with us via third-party platforms). 

We may use your email address to send you service-related information (including notices required by law) as well as marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link within the message. 

If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your messages, your email address, and our responses for administrative and legal purposes. 

Your information will not be shared with any third parties outside Zest Consultancy without your prior consent. 

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights arising out of or in connection with The Sales Den shall be owned by Zest Consultancy. The materials provided are for the sole purpose of educating and supporting you in your sales journey. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content outside of your company. 

Proprietary information includes, but is not limited to: business information, ideas, patentable content, frameworks, drawings, illustrations, technical models, training materials, templates, toolkits, marketing research, demos, and recorded coaching sessions.

Declaration
By signing up to The Sales Den monthly subscription you agree that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions above and are authorised by the business to join The Sales Den. You understand that your continued membership requires payment in advance of your month of membership.
